- Fill your AromaSpa with distilled
water to fill line.
- Select one of your 4 essential
oil blends & place several drops in the thimble-shaped oil
diffuser.
- Pre-heat your AromaSpa (takes
7 - 10 minutes).
- Dry brush your skin using body
brush & loofah back belt to gently whisk away dry skin.
- Select one of the two aromatic
salt glows. Mix 1/3 of the packet with body oil in a small container
to form salt glow rub.
- Set timer for 20 minutes &
enter your AromaSpa.
- Apply Nutriance ultra-conditioner
to hair.
- Using circular motion, apply
salt glow rub to exfoliate skin, paying close attention to knees,
elbows & dry spots.
- Now sit back & relax for
approximately 20 minutes allowing the salt, oils & steam
to work their magic on your mind, body, skin & hair.
- Be sure to drink plenty of water
or herb tea to avoid dehydration & aid in detoxification.
- Finish with a shower using the
relaxation shower gel to remove salt, excreted toxins & exfoliated
skin.
